Please read these terms carefully before using our services
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Gati Home Relocations. Verbal agreements are not binding.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the move receive a full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% of advance is retained. Same-day cancellations: full advance is forfeited.
Gati Home Relocations is liable for damages caused by our negligence during packing and transit. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We do not transport: cash, jewelry, legal documents, flammable/hazardous materials, perishables, pets, or illegal items. These are excluded from all insurance coverage.
All prices are subject to final survey. GST at 18% is applicable. Payment must be completed before delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to payment issues.
Gati Home Relocations is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control including floods, strikes, government orders, or road closures.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
